Week One: Mission Statement, Guiding Principles, Service Promise

Too often mission statements fall short of inspiring action. In week one you will learn and apply the formula to:

  • Invite the team into a story that inspires everyone every day.
  • Be memorable, compelling, precise, and concise.
  • Be so incredibly clear that it tells you and everyone on your team what to do, everyday.

A business with clear guiding principles and a service promise will stand strong regardless of external circumstances.

You will craft:

  • Guiding principles to create a positive and thriving culture.
  • A service promise will drive quality in everything you do and create an extraordinary customer experience.

Week Two: Business Assessment Made Simple

In week two we dig into each area of your business that will drive growth. You will:

  • Complete the online ‘My Business Report’* assessment. In just 12 minutes you will receive your comprehensive report that highlights the current strengths of your business as well as the areas that need attention.
  • Map your 90 day and one year action items based on the results of your assessment.

Week Three: Competitive Analysis

Every business needs to understand their competition. In week three you will learn a unique system for benchmarking your business and establishing who your real competitors are.

Week Four: Completing the Plan

In our final week you will:

  • Refine your plan and transcribe it onto the single page format.
  • Learn methods to start actioning your plan everyday with your team.
  • Celebrate the progress you’ve made and the clarity you now have to grow your business and get the results you deserve.
